Our non-refundable deposit policy for clients is as follows: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure and reserve materials and resources for your specific project. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the project, and is required to begin the work. In the event of a cancellation or failure to complete the service, the deposit will not be returned to the client. In case of client’s delay to provide the car or inability to provide the car at the scheduled time and date, the deposit will not be refunded. If any changes or modifications to the project are requested by the client after the deposit has been made, additional fees may apply. By making a deposit, the client agrees to the terms of this non-refundable deposit policy.

Please note that this deposit policy is put in place to protect the company and its resources, as well as compensate for any loss of business.

1 Year Limited Warranty for lighting Installation Errors

This Limited Warranty covers defects in installation and workmanship in the installation services provided by AutoCore Customs for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This Limited Warranty is void if the service area has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, natural or personal disaster, or as a result of unauthorized alterations or repairs.

This Limited Warranty covers only installation errors, and specifically excludes any damage that may occur to the vehicle’s service area due to accidents, collisions, weather, or any other cause after the lights have been installed.

If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty is found, AutoCore Customs will, at its option, repair or replace the effected service, without charge for parts or labor. AutoCore Customs will not be responsible for any costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the lights.

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact AutoCore Customs at 613-606-6356 and provide proof of purchase. AutoCore Inc will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim.

This Limited Warranty represents the exclusive remedy for any defects that may have been caused during the lighting installation services provided by AutoCore Customs.

Each one of our kits are bluetooth app controlled and come with a physical remote. You have access too all the color options within the app or on the supplied remote. 

All of our services are wired directly into your fuse box and cables neatly managed. This allows your lights to come on with all your standard switch OEM power but you still have the option to manually turn it on/off.
