This Privacy Policy explains how AutoCore Customs (“AutoCore,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, submit a form, or contact us about vehicle wraps, paint protection film, window tint, ceramic coatings, lighting, or fleet graphics.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us when you submit a quote request, application, or message: your name, phone number, email address, business name, vehicle details (year, make, model, current branding), photos you choose to upload, budget and timeline, and anything else you tell us.

Information collected automatically when you use our sites: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and actions taken, and identifiers from cookies and similar technologies, including advertising click identifiers (such as Google’s gclid and Meta’s fbclid/cookies) that tell us which ad or source brought you to us.

2. How we use your information

• Respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and mockups, and provide our services.
• Communicate with you by phone, text message (SMS), and email about your request and your job.
• Market our services, and measure and improve our advertising (including matching conversions back to the ad that drove them).
• Operate, secure, and improve our websites, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies, advertising pixels & analytics

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, and we share certain event data with advertising and analytics partners so our ads work and we can measure results:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) – the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. When you submit a form we may send Meta a “Lead” event including hashed (scrambled) versions of your email and phone, plus technical identifiers, so Meta can match the conversion to your ad interaction.
• Google – Google Ads conversion tracking (including Enhanced Conversions, which uses hashed email/phone) and Google Analytics, to measure ad performance.
• Microsoft Clarity – aggregated session and heatmap analytics to understand how visitors use our pages.

Personal identifiers shared for ad matching are hashed (one-way encrypted) before transmission. You can control cookies through your browser settings and your ad preferences with each platform (see Section 6).

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business – our customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), website and serverless hosting (Cloudflare), and the advertising/analytics partners named above.
• Legal and safety – where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect our rights, customers, and the public.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide and support our services, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements – then we delete or de-identify it.

6. Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Ad preferences: manage ad personalization in your Meta ad settings and Google ad settings.
• Cookies: block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your privacy rights

If you are in Canada, you have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services and sites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
