Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AutoCore Customs (“AutoCore,” “we,” “us”) websites and the quotes, bookings, and services we provide. By submitting a form, requesting a quote, or booking work, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

AutoCore provides automotive restyling and protection services in Ottawa, Ontario, including vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, ceramic coatings, automotive lighting, and fleet/commercial graphics. We also provide free quotes and design mockups.

2. Quotes, estimates & pricing

Quotes and mockups are provided for your consideration and are based on the information and photos you give us. Final pricing may be confirmed after we inspect the vehicle in person. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes (HST) unless stated otherwise. Your approved quote is the price for the agreed, in-scope work; changes you request to scope may change the price.

3. Bookings, deposits & cancellations

A deposit may be required to reserve materials and your installation slot. Deposit, scheduling, change, and cancellation terms are confirmed with your written quote or work order. Custom-printed and special-order materials may be non-refundable once ordered.

4. Designs, mockups & intellectual property

Designs, artwork, and mockups we create remain our property until your job is paid in full. You confirm that any logos, images, or brand assets you provide are yours to use, and you grant us permission to use them to complete your project. We may photograph completed work and use those images for our portfolio and marketing; tell us in writing if you’d prefer we don’t.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about you and your vehicle.
• Tell us about prior wraps, films, coatings, paint work, or damage before we begin.
• Present the vehicle clean and free of personal items, and follow the care instructions we provide after installation.

6. Warranty

Eligible work is backed by the material and workmanship warranty described in your quote or work order, plus any applicable manufacturer warranty on the films or coatings used. Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper care, abrasive or high-pressure washing, neglect, pre-existing paint or surface conditions, or normal wear. Warranty service requires that the vehicle has been maintained per our care instructions.

7. Limitation of liability

Beyond the warranty described above, our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoCore is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts greater than what you paid us for the work in question.

8. Communications consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to be contacted by AutoCore by phone, text message (SMS), and email about your request and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
